These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms') constitute a binding and legally enforceable agreement between the user and the operator of the Le Bandit platform. Accessing the website, browsing its content, creating a profile, and using any features or services offered through the site signifies unconditional reading, understanding, and full acceptance of all provisions outlined in this document. If, for any reason, the user does not agree with any of the provisions below, they are obligated to immediately leave the website and refrain from using any of the offered systems. This agreement clearly specifies the scope of permissible use, responsibilities of both parties, and methods for resolving potential conflicts.

Only individuals with full legal capacity who have reached the absolute age of 18 or the applicable age of majority in their place of residence may use our services. Users must act in their own name and for their own account; creating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. During registration, users commit to providing accurate, complete, and factually truthful personal information, including their real name and current address. Registrants bear full responsibility for systematically updating this data in the client panel whenever changes occur. We reserve the right to refuse account opening or to conduct an enhanced verification process (KYC) at any stage of service provision.

Upon successful registration, users receive unique access credentials (username and login password). Protecting these credentials from unauthorized third-party access is the fundamental and exclusive responsibility of the account holder. Any sharing, selling, lending, or leasing of the account to others constitutes a serious breach of the Terms. The platform operator assumes that all actions, setting modifications, and—particularly—financial operations performed after successful login have been authorized and carried out directly by the registered user. In case of suspected account breach, unauthorized use, or data takeover, the user is obligated to immediately notify our technical support team, enabling timely remedial and preventive actions, including profile locking.

To maintain a fair, safe, and lawful environment for all users, we strictly prohibit engagement in various activities deemed unacceptable. Specifically banned are: attempts to engage in money laundering or terrorist financing; use of bot software, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, web crawlers, or other technologies aimed at gaining unfair technical advantage, disrupting fair system operation, or bypassing security measures; submission of forged identity documents; exploitation of vulnerabilities in the site’s source code (commonly referred to as 'bug abuse') for personal gain; use of payment methods not registered under one's own accurate personal details; and publishing offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content on our servers or communication channels, or otherwise infringing third-party rights or promoting illegal practices. Any such activity will result in immediate asset freezing, access blocking, and submission of full documentation to relevant legal authorities.

All deposit, transfer, and withdrawal operations must be executed using verified payment instruments (credit/debit cards, approved e-wallets, or direct bank transfers), which appear in financial institution records under the registered user’s full name for the Le Bandit platform. Depending on the payment method used, its provider, and banking system regulations, external institutions handling the transaction may impose commission fees or currency conversion charges, for which our service is not responsible. Additionally, if platform usage warrants internal manipulation fees (e.g., for dormant accounts showing months of inactivity and no logins), the user will be clearly notified via a visible message and fee schedule before any deduction from their balance.

Using any online interactive features, services, systems, or products inherently involves elevated financial risk. By deciding to engage personal funds on our platform, users act solely at their own risk, based on their independent assessment, and fully acknowledge that such activity offers no guarantee of profit, success, or return of invested capital—extreme cases may even result in total loss of committed funds. We assume absolutely no liability for potential reduction in user assets resulting from activities conducted on the platform, market conditions, or system mechanics. Users confirm they possess adequate knowledge and resources to fully and freely assume such risk.

The entire structure of the site—including source code, graphical interface, database engines, templates, trademarks, corporate logos, trade names, copyrighted texts, interactive animations, audiovisual materials, and all other components forming part of the Le Bandit platform—is strictly protected under copyright and related rights law and constitutes the exclusive property of the operator or entities with which the operator has entered into binding licensing agreements. Users receive only a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and highly restricted license to use the site solely for our intended recreational or functional purposes. Any modification, copying, decompilation (reverse engineering), public distribution, commercial redistribution, or reproduction of any site elements is strictly prohibited without the prior, explicit, and written consent of the company’s authorized representatives.

Our platform pages may contain hyperlinks directing traffic to external websites, applications, or integrated services provided by third parties. The presence of such links serves purely informational, navigational, and user convenience purposes. We have no operational oversight over the content, data processing policies, security mechanisms, or functional correctness of these external technological environments. Accessing external sites and using third-party services is done entirely at the user’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable mandatory legal provisions, the service and platform are provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without any implied or express warranties regarding continuity or uninterrupted operation. Although we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee that the site will always be free from unexpected technical errors, server power outages, network packet transmission delays, or malicious computer virus intrusions. We disclaim any liability for direct, consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, or for lost business profits, goodwill, or data destruction, however arising, from inability to freely or properly access your profile on our site.

The operator has full, exclusive authority to suspend the profile, impose a block on system functions, or permanently close the user account at any time. Such actions are taken primarily in the event of proven violations, strong suspicion of breaches of the terms of use, fraud, technical interference with infrastructure, or engagement in any illegal activities. Moreover, every registered user has the unrestricted right to terminate the agreement concluded with us at any moment by using the dedicated account deletion option available in the profile settings, provided that any outstanding obligations are settled in advance, ongoing operations in the system are concluded, and the legally entitled financial funds are withdrawn from the virtual wallet to a verified external personal bank account.

All principles set forth in this Terms of Use, as well as any conflicts and claims arising directly or indirectly from them, shall be strictly interpreted, explained, and resolved solely in accordance with substantive laws in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland. The support team makes every possible effort to initially resolve any disputes amicably through internal negotiation and mediation processes. However, if reaching a satisfactory compromise without external intervention proves impossible, all legal proceedings shall be initiated and adjudicated exclusively by the competent general public courts located within Poland. Depending on the user’s profile, consumers may also be entitled to absolute rights defined by their local jurisdiction.
